How soon will the License Frame ship?

Stock items from our Featured Frames will ship in 2-3 business days. Custom License Frames will ship in 3-5 business days. Please add additional time for shipping.

 Can an order be expedited?

Expedited orders can be requested by calling 763-494-8218. Orders will be expedited as availability allows. An additional fee may apply for expedited orders.

 Is the license Frame sold as a set?

No – the pricing structure is based on one (1) frame. If you want a set please enter 2 in the order quantity box.

 

What payment does Preferred License Frames accept?

Payments can be made using Credit Card and Paypal.  Credit Card payments are made through the PayPal guest option, so, you  do not need to have a registered PayPal account to use your credit card.

 

How are items shipped?

Most items will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Two frames can be shipped per package. Please see the Shipping Info page for additional information. Bulk items may ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).

 

Can I track my package?

The USPS doesn’t provide tracking information for regular mail shipments.

 

What is the Return Policy?

Due to the customized nature of our business we do not accept returns. We will fix any frames due to an error on our part. If there is a issue with an order please contact us at info@preferredpowder.com or 763-494-8218 within 7 days and we will do our best to correct the issue.
